What is Creatine?
Creatine is a non-essential amino acid that is an important source of chemical energy for muscle contraction.* Dietary sources include meat, fish, and other animal products, but creatine may also be formed in the liver, kidney and pancreas from the amino acids glycine, arginine and methionine.
Once creatine reaches the muscles, it’s converted into phosphocreatine (creatine phosphate), and ultimately becomes the body’s primary energy source—adenosine triphosphate (ATP).* Muscle concentrations of creatine are lower in older and middle-aged adults and may explain why they respond so noticeably to creatine.

Directions
As a dietary supplement, take 1 scoop daily or as directed by a physician.
For loading: take 1 serving (5 grams), 4 times per day (20 grams), for 5 days with 16 oz. water or non-acidic juice (e.g. apple or grape).
For maintenance: take 1 serving (5 grams) daily with 16 oz. water or non-acidic juice. 6-8 glasses of water should be consumed daily with creatine supplementation.
Warnings
Before using product, seek advice from a health care practitioner if you are unaware of your current health condition or have any pre-existing medical condition including but not limited to: high or low blood pressure, cardiac arrhythmia, stroke, heart, liver or thyroid disease, anxiety, depression, seizure disorder, psychiatric disease, diabetes, pernicious anemia, difficulty urinating due to prostate enlargement or if you are taking an MAO inhibitor or any other medication. Do not use if you are pregnant, nursing, prone to dehydration or exposed to excessive heat. Reduce or discontinue use if sleeplessness, tremors, dizziness, nervousness, headaches, or heart palpitations occur. This product is only intended to be consumed by healthy adults 18-50 years of age.
