How does NSI® Flaxseed/Fish Oil Complex work?
Flax seed oil is a great source of lignans, and are especially helpful in promoting cardiovascular function. We use only organic flaxseed oil that contains the potent antioxidant, alpha linolenic acid. Flaxseed oil is an excellent way to enhance your EFA intake.

Fish oil is also another powerful EFA supplement. Fish oil contains EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) and are especially helpful in promoting cardiovascular and brain health.

Directions
